By the use of CartConnect, you agree to recognize CartConnect as a third party and unrelated to the Merchants and their Stores and their Stores products or content that may use the app and also hold harmless CartConnect for any concerns related to the Merchants and their Stores.
Any concerns of warranty, refunds, purchases, copyright, trademark or other concerns arising from a Merchant or Store that uses the CartConnect Third Party Tool should be addressed directly with the said Merchant or Store. CartConnect is in no way responsible for the above mentioned. CartConnect does not sell, buy, warranty, process payments, support or monitor the Merchants or Stores using CartConnect. As such, any concerns or complaints regarding a Merchant or their Store will be ignored as CartConnect has no responsibility.
